Method and limits

Pass rate = passed tests divided by total tests.
Regression = baseline pass rate minus candidate pass rate.
Meets gates when regression is within the entered limit and critical failures equal zero.

The organization defines test coverage, failure severity and release authority. Meeting entered gates does not prove safety or compliance.
