We want Business Compliance Tools to be clear and usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

This statement covers businesscompliancetools.com, including the public catalogue, account area and released browser-based tools.
Using the service
We aim to support keyboard navigation, clear focus indicators, semantic headings and labels, useful error messages, reduced-motion preferences and responsive layouts.
Pages include a skip link so keyboard users can move directly to the main content. Tool outputs are designed with readable structure, but the accessibility of a downloaded file can also depend on the software used to open it.
Current status
We are still completing formal accessibility testing and do not currently claim conformance with a particular WCAG level.
Known work includes testing the full purchase and recovery journey with a screen reader and keyboard, checking layouts at 200% and 400% zoom, and completing measured contrast checks for small muted text.
