Terms of use.
These terms explain how you may use Business Compliance Tools and what applies when you purchase a digital tool output.

1. Who provides the service
Business Compliance Tools is the trading name of Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a UK sole trader. You can contact us at hello@businesscompliancetools.com.

2. What the tools do
Each tool completes a bounded calculation, check, conversion or evidence task. The product page states the supported jurisdictions, inputs, outputs and limitations.
The tools do not provide legal advice, certify compliance, decide the merits of a complaint or replace professional judgement. You remain responsible for checking that a tool and guidance set fit your facts.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Paddle shows the final charge, including applicable taxes, before payment.
- A one-off order is accepted when Paddle confirms payment and we grant access to the purchased output.
- Paddle acts as merchant of record for completed Paddle checkout transactions. Paddle issues the payment receipt or invoice and handles payment, sales tax, refunds and chargebacks for that transaction.
- You must provide accurate payment information and have authority to use the payment method.
- Checkout is available only to adults in the United States. You must have reached the age of majority in your state and have legal capacity to enter the contract.
- You may buy personally or for an organisation. If you buy for another person or organisation, you must have authority to act for them.
- After fulfilment, you can create five one-time recovery codes. The server stores only irreversible hashes and shows the original codes once, so download the recovery sheet when it appears.
4. Immediate digital delivery
Before checkout opens, you must separately ask us to deliver the digital files immediately after payment. This request does not waive a right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
When an exact private ZIP is saved in your browser, it is a delivered copy under your control. We can revoke future server authorisations after a refund, payment reversal or access decision, but we cannot remotely inspect or delete a copy already delivered to your device.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The refund policy explains how we handle cancellation, faults, duplicate payments and failed delivery.
5. Licence and permitted use
A purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use, edit and reproduce the generated files for your personal task, your organisation or the client matter for which you bought the tool. You may not resell the tool, make it available as a competing service, bypass access controls or use it unlawfully.
6. Your information and files
Where a product says it works locally, its case inputs and source files stay in the browser during normal use. You are responsible for having authority to use any personal or confidential information you enter and for storing downloaded files securely.
Our privacy notice explains the limited data used for the finder, browser access, payment, support and service security.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, update sources, change a tool or withdraw an unsupported route. Dated outputs identify the rule pack and source review used when they were generated. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing affects a consumer’s statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made without checking the output, for use outside a stated tool boundary, or for indirect business loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@businesscompliancetools.com.
Checkout is not offered to buyers outside the United States. Access to the public website does not amount to an offer to sell in another country.
