Is this tool free?

Yes. The on-screen result and listed downloads are free. No checkout is required. Keep local backups and review the stated method and limits.

Can I use the mandatory training coverage checker for this task?

Compare records with role and location rules. The tool compares your rules. It does not decide legal training obligations, authenticate attendance, approve waivers or assign training.

What still needs review?

The tool compares your rules. It does not decide legal training obligations, authenticate attendance, approve waivers or assign training.

Each matching approved rule creates a separate requirement. Overlapping rules retain their individual due dates and sources. Only rules accept the explicit wildcard *.

Completions use exact person and course identifiers after trimming and ignoring case. Only Completed records within the frozen date window can satisfy a requirement. Conflicting latest-date ties remain ambiguous.

Rule expansion is limited to 5000 requirements. Waivers, historical role changes and obligations before the selected window require separate review. Missing policy mappings do not establish that training is unnecessary.
