How does the publication deduplicator work?

  1. 1
    Select the actual sources

Primary source. Exact headings publication_id, title, url, published_at, content_sha256, source_ref.

  2. 2
    Freeze the review rules

Compare exact publication IDs, canonical working URLs and supplied content_sha256 digests. Remove URL fragments and only explicitly selected query parameters. Same-content records at different URLs are syndicated candidates. Reused IDs or URLs with conflicting content remain visible. Preserve every announcement and source position in the clustered output. A separate working copy removes only complete identical source rows and retains every conflict. No web retrieval or similarity claim occurs.

  3. 3
    Inspect complete findings

Review all source-linked results and unresolved items. Free JSON and CSV preserve complete results.

  4. 4
    Keep recoverable work

Inputs and exact source bytes save locally and survive reload. Strict restores verify tool identity, input schema, original hashes and parsed bytes before atomic replacement. Earlier generic work, prior checkpoint files and purchases remain preserved separately.

  5. 5
    Prepare the finalized pack

Prepare seven core files and the exact selected attachments, then download them free. Review the fictional sample below.

Method and sources

Apply the steps above to the supported inputs. Use the listed source sections to review the rule basis, assumptions and limits.

Formal reports show at most 100 findings and 400 characters per displayed field. Complete sources, findings and working output values remain in Excel and JSON.
